Responsibilities:

As an Account Manager you will focus on customer relationships, ensuring that the client gets the maximum benefit from the suite of financial services product and that the partnership exceeds expectations. You will have a targeted portfolio of highly strategic, high impact partners who we believe have the potential to grow significantly with Mercuryo.

  • Client liaison – day-to-day client contact
  • Managing multi-market campaigns across the UK and EMEA
  • Strategic media relations experience in UK (and ideally EMEA)
  • B2B and B2C tech experience, ideally with some in fintech and cybersecurity
  • Developing and managing client budgets
  • Own the growth of our largest partnerships 
  • Independently build an effective partner account plan including identifying, prioritising and overseeing the execution of both strategic and short-term initiatives
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and executives both internally and externally, influencing as required to reach mutually beneficial objectives 
  • Independently build and execute against a business development plan to grow global partnerships which have a strategic impact on Mercuryo
  • Lead on the negotiation of new agreements, including complex partner agreements at a global level 
  • Processing incoming customer requests to connect to Mercuryo services;
  • Identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate Mercuryo solutions;
  • Negotiations to agree on commercial terms and technical requirements;
  • Participation in the process of technical integration;
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with clients;
  • Analysis of the client's financial indicators in order to maintain and / or increase the established profitability for the client;
  • Delivering of KPI
  • Ability to Focus on results

 

Requirements

  • Experience with JIRA;
  • Work experience in AMOCRM;
  • Experience in payment systems;
  • Experience in cryptocurrency projects (will be an advantage);
  • Proactive thinking – around campaigns and in day-to-day account work
  • Effective management of the team down, across and up
  • Demonstration of creative campaign development and presentation, promoting technology solutions to business and consumer audiences
  • Ability to liaise with and influence key stakeholders
  • Numerate with a good commercial acumen, the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions through business case development. Proven influencing, sales and negotiation skills from prior roles and experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Willingness to work with a large amount of information,
  • Analytical thinking, ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to independently prioritize work;
  • Intellectual curiosity; willingness to understand and learn
  • Previous Account Management experience. Some experience of fintechs and high growth companies. Knowledge and experience of the payments business and/or financial services sector
